I recall a joker politician from my childhood and he was laughing stock then came Lalu Yadav funny but shrewd who knew how to get his ambition fulfilled and now we have Digvijay (DIGGI or DO... )

Everyday Digvijay is seen on TV giving bites on every movement in society.

Digvijay has become apparently self styled congress spokesperson (apparently self styled but in realty we know he has full authority from his master, the prince charming Rahul Vinci)

He seems to enjoy his foolish baseless remarks but public is getting put off by his relentless chatter however media has to serve some entertainment so they telecast his bakbak.
