"If you don't get everything you want, think of the things you don't get that you don't want." (Oscar Wilde)
Who do you talk to the most? Yourself - of course - so only you can control your negative self talk.
From the Emailbag: "No matter what I do, I feel trapped in an endless cycle of negative self talk. What can I do about it?" The answer is: "You are not trapped but it will take active steps to heal this all too common problem."
* Negative Self Talk: When you speak negatively to yourself about yourself, it is like taking poison because it causes that inner positive spark to die. No one can think, believe, talk, or act for you except for yourself. The single difference between those who succeed and those who fail in life… is their self talk.
* Awareness and Action: Breaking the grip of negative self talk takes two things. One is awareness: when you know that you have a negative self talk problem that is half the battle. Two is action: the other half of the battle and the more important half. Nothing in the physical world is accomplished without action. Effective action requires both a plan and the willingness to work on and stick to your plan… no matter what!
* Plan #1: Shadow Side Issue: Many times, the negative things you just cannot stop saying about yourself… spring from our deepest rooted issues. When you say "I am just not good enough", is that your voice or the voice of a hyper-critical parent speaking? When you say "I am just so lazy", is it that you resent someone in your life who is lazy and who you do not want to be like?" When you say "I am no good with money", is it that you are fearful of money? When you discover the real issue behind your negative self talk and heal it, you can end it forever.
* Plan #2: Frown Upside Down: When you catch yourself thinking negatively, stop instantly. Come up with a positive mantra that you will then repeat to yourself three times. For example, what I say is, "I have an awesome brain which brings me great abundance for which I am grateful." This is just an example… you must come up with your own positive saying that helps you feel good as it helps to break the cycle of negative thinking.
* Plan #3: Be Consistent: Your habit pattern of negative self talk was built up over years… so it will take some time to reverse… that is the bad news. The good news is that the negative self talk habit can be broken in much less time with consistent/persistent efforts. Only you are in control of your thoughts and so you can create them anyway you like. You can stop the negativity if you choose to! Just make that choice from now on.

Ramayana : Vibhishan meets Hanumaan
When Hanumaan entered Lanka he was tired and exhausted but also elated on his success in impregnating multiple security layers of Lanka fort. The thought of How his wit had confused Lankini the gate keeper who ended up blessing him and happily allowed him enter the city. Apparently she was aware about Rama and subscribed to his philosophy but prior to that his encounter with Sursa who was one of main security in-charge around Lankan periphery was one of the best in Hanumaan's life. Hanumaan tried to dodge Sursa by projecting his personality very large but when it almost lead to Sursa almost gulping hanumaan with her very large discretionary power Hanumaan immediately changed his tactic and pretended as very ordinary person a very small fry in ocean. this fooled Sursa and Hanumaan was able to move further is journey.
Now roaming around in an alien country without any direction and acquaintance was unsafe. To carryout his mission of finding secret location of Sita's captivity and to establish a meeting he required a local contact. To identify a local influential person having access to kingdom and yet not subscribing to Ravan's policies, having sufficient guts, power and clout to oppose Ravana on certain issues.
Hanumaan discreetly made few inquiries in the city and could gather name of Vibhishen the younger brother of Ravana, he was considered intellectual among nobles of society. Lanka was hub of consumerism lifestyle and all amenities were readily available, the buying power of Lankan citizen was adequate to afford all life style equipments introduced in market. All markets were full of latest stocks and business was brisk, all men and women seem to afford latest model of gadgets, finding a person of high moral values among them was tough task, so the news of a rival faction in household of Ravana delighted Hanumaan.
Hanumaan decided to meet Vibhishan at his home, in first sight only Hanumaan was impressed with simple life style and his philosophy, Vibhishan was living like Yogis around Ayodhya and was not at all influenced by extravagant life style of Rakshasa family. when dialogue started between them Hanumaan noticed that Vibhishan wanted Lankan citizen to follow path of right hood, he wanted them to respect right of others, inculcate better civic sense in everybody. upon this Hanumaan introduced Vibhishen to Rama's ideology of brotherhood, compassion for all, values, respect for social hierarchy and above all detachment where even the king is prepared to sacrifice his privileges to ensure that scholars in his country are protected and followers of (Satya) Truth, peace, human's intellectual growth and scientists are not harassed by Bad elements of society.
Vibhishan had heard about mission of Rama and was happy to welcome Hnumaan the Rama's ambassador. Both of them agreed to work together for establishing rule of high moral values and Vibhishan was assured that Rama will attack Lanka to claim back Sita and Vibhishan can be assured of installation as Lankan king by Rama.
OXYGEN GENERATOR
HOW OXYGEN GENERATOR WORKS
The Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Oxygen Generating Process - Air contains 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen, 0.9% argon, and 0.1% other gases. Uttam’s Oxygen generating Systems separate oxygen from compressed air through a unique Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) process. The PSA process uses molecular sieve (a synthetic zeolite), which attracts (adsorbs) nitrogen from air at high pressure and releases (desorbs) it at low pressure. Uttam’s Oxygen Generators use two vessels filled with molecular sieve as adsorbers. As compressed feed air flows through one of the vessels, the molecular sieve adsorbs nitrogen. The remaining oxygen passes through the vessel and exits as the product gas. Before the adsorber becomes saturated with nitrogen, the feed air is diverted to the second vessel. At that point, the sieve in the first vessel regenerates by desorbing the nitrogen through depressurization and purging it with oxygen from the second vessel. This process is then repeated in the second vessel to complete a cycle that allows the oxygen generator to deliver a constant flow of product oxygen at 90% minimum purity. Under normal operating conditions, the molecular sieve is completely regenerative and will last indefinitely
The method of generating oxygen from oxygen generator or oxygen gas plant involves taking air from an air compressor, separating oxygen from nitrogen and other gases by means of special zeolite molecular sieves. The process is totally REGENERATIVE.
The resulting available Oxygen gas is 93-95% pure at around 2.5 kg/cm²g pressure which is enhanced to a pressure of 5-6Kg/cm2 using the oxygen compressor to meet hospital requirements. The gas is very dry having moisture contents limit to a max of 2 ppm.
COST OF OXYGEN GENERATION will be approx . Rs. 6/- per cubic meter only i.e. a cylinder of B type and bulk D type will cost Rs. 10/- and Rs. 42 only. Please compare the purchase prices at your hospital which is overloaded due to repeated transportation and handling.
Advantages
- No more waiting for delivery of cylinders. Gas is always available.
- Purity of gas as per IP 2005 specifications is assured.
- Contamination caused by poorly maintained cylinders is eliminated.
- No high pressure cylinder handling.
- Noise level and damage to floor and furniture is eliminated.
- Administrative and security resources are spared for productive use.
- No handling and processing of bills.
- Results in saving of more then 50% in Oxygen cost.
